THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY- PART 2 STILLS (Photos) – The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 has revealed a new still of the Girl on Fire and her fierce stylist Effie Trinket!
The upcoming installment of The Hunger Games franchise offers a lot more powerful women led by Game of Thrones veterans Natalie Dormer and Gwendoline Christie, and new character Lieutenant Jackson played by True Blood alum Michelle Forbes. “There is some serious girl power in this movie,” director Francis Lawrence says, who gives all the credit to author Suzanne Collins. “She wrote it that way, and it’s been so much fun to inhabit.”

In the highly-anticipated finale to The Hunger Games series, Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) finally confronts President Snow in one all-out war where lives, friendships, and the future of humanity will be changed forever.
Mockingjay Part 2 is directed by Francis Lawrence and also stars Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Julianne Moore, Sam Claflin, Stanley Tucci, Natalie Dormer, Jena Malone, Willow Shields, Donald Sutherland, Gwendoline Christie, Mahershala Ali, Jeffrey Wright, and Philip Seymour Hoffman.
PLOT: After being symbolized as the “Mockingjay”, Katniss Everdeen and District 13 engage in an all-out revolution against the autocratic Capitol.
